Two New York men busted in a violent Capital Region mugging have been sentenced to several years in prison, authorities announced Tuesday, May 12.
Nahshon Joseph, 32, got 10 years behind bars while Amazjee Glass, 20, was sentenced to five years, the Albany County District Attorney’s office said.
Joseph and Glass approached a 68-year-old victim on an Albany street around 1:45 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2025, investigators said. The suspects threw the man to the ground, punched him, and stole a gold necklace from his neck and two gold rings from his hand, authorities said.
